  • We primarily use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Our standard service is 24-hour delivery at a flat rate of £3.99.

International Orders

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus or China. (excluding Taiwan)

  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

  • UK Shipments: A flat rate of £3.99 applies to all UK orders.

  • International Orders: Tracking information will be shared with you based on the courier used for your shipment. We will provide all available tracking details to help you monitor your order’s progress.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your goods are lost in transit, we will bear the cost of a replacement or offer a refund, provided the address details you supplied were correct and sufficient for the courier to complete the delivery.
