When can I expect my order?
Due to the international portion of our sales, we are unable to give an exact timeframe on your order, we use a trusted network of couriers that ensure your package gets to you.
We aim for our packages to arrive within 1 week from your purchase date, but there can be delays. If you have not received your package within 3 weeks of ordering, please get in contact with a member of staff.
Where can I see the status of my order?
We send email updates that alert you of any status changes, we send a confirmation email after you have made the order adn we will then follow up when the order is on its way to you.

Do we collaborate with influencers / other business'?
We do collaborate with social media accounts and influencers, but this is all done through our marketing team.

We deliver to 49 countries around the world, we want everyone to be able to experience Mad clothing so if you are in an area that isn't covered through the website, please reach out and we will work to find a solution.
